The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BigFileDrop, its operators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BigFileDrop and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We collect minimal analytics data (anonymized IP geolocation, browser type, session information) to improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not access, store, or inspect any files transferred through the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
